Former deputies, senators and heads of state suspected of equipment misappropriation now subject to arrest by international police
The order specifies that without the legal coverage of the high court of justice, only the common or ordinary court is competent to deal with acts of embezzlement punishable by law committed by former senior state officials indexed in files of corruption.
