Overview:
At least two members of the Transitional Presidential Council (TPC) Régine Abraham and Fritz Jean attended the mass for Haitian Flag Day at Our Lady of the Assumption Cathedral before the anticipated parades.

CAP-HAÏTIEN — Cap-Haïtien began its 221st anniversary of the Haitian Flag Day with a mass at the historic Our Lady of the Assumption Cathedral, in which several officials attended such as Fritz Jean and Régine Abraham, two members of the Transitional Presidential Council, Cap-Haïtien’s Mayor Yvrose Pierre and more.
Hundreds of students from different schools as Lycée National Phillipe Guerrier, Christ Roi and Collège Saint-Joseph also attended the mass.
After the mass, officials will walk to the Town Hall across the street for a ceremony. The ceremony will be followed by the parades around 2:00 p.m.
