With own hands, southern Haiti farmer repairs road whose neglect took many lives

CAYES-JACMEL, Haiti — While out-and-about in his hometown one day in this seaside town, Andréluc Ocville was a bystander on the road, when he saw two motorcycles slam into each other while trying to avoid potholes. One rider died instantly, the other one on the way to the hospital.
