Haiti’s National Identification Office (ONI) and the Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) have set up an identification card kiosk at Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Tabarre, Port-au-Prince. The small office will serve mainly Haitian diasporas.
