Government officials, human rights group blame different criminals for massacre

The number of people killed in this week’s massacre in Port-au-Prince has reached 19, after four more victims were identified by a human rights group. Meanwhile, the finger pointing began in all directions, with Haiti’s Prime Minister blaming the Fantom 509, a crew reportedly linked to the opposition and the human rights organization accusing a gang allegedly linked to the government.
