The Little Haiti Kanaval Block Party will showcase Haitian art, music, kids' zone, great entertainment, traditional Haitian kanaval food (fritay, pate kode, akra, marinad, griyo, bannann peze), along with a series of captivating events with special performance by Team Lobey| Maestro T Ansyto| Paul Beaubrun| Rara Lakay| and more.
Created by Yole Derose, Eritaj is a grandiose conception, a fabulous journey through ourselves, our collective experiences and our history. “Eritaj” is the ever-present glories of our history that educates humanity on our untold story. It is a painful but extraordinary journey which highlights women who involved body and soul to free Haiti from the yoke of slavery.
Journey to the nanm (soul in Haitian Kreyòl) of Afro-Haitian dance and become acquainted with the different Iwa (gods) in the Vodou religion through their dances, songs, rhythms and rituals.
Family-oriented: Open to all ages and skill levels.

Join us for the last Thursday of the month for a Kreyòl Language Mixer! This is for all Haitians, Haitian Americans, Haitians by Association or just folks who want to learn Kreyol. This is just an informal meeting time to practice your Kreyòl, meet a new friend and relax.

PAC’s program director and artist Stephane Desir (@kiskeyaart) makes his sophomore curatorial debut this year and we will be hosting a closing art reception featuring all Haitian artists for Black History Month.
