CAP-HAITIEN — Moïse Jean-Charles, leader of the Pitit Dessalin Platform political party, kicked off a protest Tuesday to demand that Prime Minister Ariel Henry resign, drawing thousands of residents in the northern city’s streets. 

“We are making the decision to protest in all the cities against Ariel,” Jean-Charles, seen on a Facebook livesteram, told reporters as he stood on a moving motorcycle surrounded by demonstrators.
