PORT-AU-PRINCE —  In another sign that Haiti’s judiciary is unraveling, one of its few sitting judges refused to cooperate with the government’s disgraced prosecutor, Jacques Lafontant.

The judge, Jean Wilner Morin,  declined to sit with Port-au-Prince commissioner Lafontant because the prosecutor is uncertified and recently expelled from the justice system.
