The Little Haiti Revitalization Trust got no closer to distributing $6 million earmarked for the community because not enough board members were present for quorum during the February meeting to vote on releasing the funds.  

“We can’t keep starting the ball over,” said Little Haiti resident Frantz Fenelon. “Now we have to wait another month to meet again to make any changes, and that’s not fair to us that’s trying to fight right now.”
