Cap-Haitien closed the 2023 carnival in electrifying fashion on Tuesday. Thousands of revelers danced in the streets to music from local bands Tropicana, Septentrional and Ekip as they followed their floats on The Boulevard street. Rara bands also provided animation to the carnival goers. Others roamed the streets wearing elegant costumes, portraying zombies, samurais and more.
