An estimated 11 million jobs are unfilled in America, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics — jobs that will not soon be filled due to an aging population and a workforce that is changing its working style. 

It’s a figure the Global Talent Chamber Network (GTCN) dived into at the sixth annual meeting of over 60 chambers of commerce from across the country in late September.
