Rosemonde Pierre-Louis, founder of The Haitian Roundtable, has been promoted to executive director from chief operating officer of the McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research at New York University.
The institute’s goal is to interrupt generational poverty through research and policy making. Pierre-Louis’ responsibilities, starting July 1, will include launching new programs and creating policy initiatives.
