Radio Vision 2000 investigative reporter Diego Charles (left) and activist Antoinette Duclaire (right) were shot dead between June 29 and June 30.

“In reaction to Guerby Geffrard’s assassination his allies conducted the shooting this morning,” police chief Léon Charles said in a press conference.
