Jean-Bertrand Aristide’s mother died of COVID-19 in Florida on June 25, according to Haitian media reports.
Solange Pierre-Louis Aristide was 100 years old. It wasn’t specified if she died at the hospital or at home.
Aristide also caught COVID-19 and is being treated in Cuba. It is unclear if Aristide lived with his mother when he caught the virus. Source
