President Jovenel Moïse issued a decree Wednesday extending time to prepare a draft of the new constitution by 45 more days.
The Independent Consultative Committee’s 45 additional days begins Thursday and ends July 31.
Once the draft constitution is finalized, it will be put up for a ratification vote by the populace in a referendum to be announced. Source
