Members of a gang going by the name Krache Dife (Spit Fire) killed at least three people, injured numerous residents and burned down homes in Bel Air, Port-au-Prince Saturday, a resident of the neighborhood told The Haitian Times. 

The gang members entered the area in armored police vehicles, said the resident, who chose to remain anonymous to avoid being targeted. Krache Dife is reportedly affiliated with the G9 Family & Allies larger organization.

The bandits also used tear gas during the attack. Krache Dife last attacked Bel Air on Apr. 1. 

Local news outlets and social media users corroborated with the man’s account.
