A political scientist was chosen as Haiti’s new ambassador to Taiwan, according to Le Nouvelliste.
Roudy Stanley Penn replaces Hérve Denis, who began serving as Haiti’s ambassador to Taiwan in January.
Haiti and Taiwan celebrated the 65th year anniversary of their diplomatic relationship in April. Source
