The CONCACAF loaned $60,000 to Arcahaie F.C. for the team’s trip to Mexico City to face Cruz Azul in the CONCACAF Champions League, according to Haiti-Tempo.
The trip costs about $130,000 in total for the Haitian team to play.
The 18 Arcahaie players and 17 staff members landed in Mexico City on Monday. They will face Cruz Azul in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16 on Tuesday at 10:30 p.m. at Azteca Stadium.
Arcahaie held Cruz Azul to a 0-0 draw in the first leg last Tuesday. Source
