Five Seconds, a gang in Village-De-Dieu, Port-au-Prince, has been holding a police officer hostage for 13 days, the officer’s brother told Radio Model FM on Wednesday.

Lucdor Pierre’s colleagues had reported him dead in addition to four other officers murdered in an operation in Village-De-Dieu earlier this month. So the death toll of officers in the operation in Village-De-Dieu tallies up to four officers as initially stated by the police.

Ronald Estivin, Pierre’s brother, told Radio Model FM that he told the police that his brother is still alive. The police have yet to comment on Pierre being held captive. Source
