On earthquake anniversary, Brooklyn Haitians seek to remember, reflect, rebuild

For Jean “Sky” Menesky Magloire, the trauma of Jan. 12, 2010 still lingers —  as it does for Haitian diaspora communities throughout the world. Magloire was in the U.S. at the time of the 7.0-magnitude earthquake in Haiti,  but he watched in horror as the calamity unfolded.
