Officers with Haiti’s judicial police (DCPJ) have started looking for an accomplice in the kidnapping of Evelyne Sincère, the 22-year-old high schooler found dead at a garbage dump.

Joseph ‘Kiki’ Obed, Sincère’s boyfriend, is accused of getting her drunk and setting her up to be kidnapped. Obed reportedly fled to the Dominican Republic.

“I was told that she was with her partner and she got her drunk,” Enette Sincère, Sincère’s older sister said. Source
