The Superior Council of the Judicial Power (CSPJ) has announced that they have removed 19 judges from the Haitian judicial system for delinquent behavior, lack of moral integrity, ransom and for false diplomas.

Some were judges of peace, others investigative judges.

The 19 judges were not certified in accordance with Haiti’s magistracy statute, the technical secretariat of the CSPJ wrote in a public note. Source
