Haiti President Jovenel Moïse chaired a meeting with the Council of Ministers, in which he discussed security, remobilizing the voting process and cohesive government actions.
“It’s past time to put the country back on the path to stability,” Moise tweeted after the meeting.
On Tuesday, Moïse also met with the nine-member Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) to discuss the voting process. Advisers reaffirmed their commitment to hold free, inclusive, fair and transparent elections.
