The clerks are staying on strike even after the reopening of the judicial year on Monday, the National Association of Haitian Clerks (ANAGH) said in a note published on Sunday.

The clerks began striking on Jul. 28 because the government hasn’t increased their salary, as it should have per guidelines published in 2017.

“As long as the wishes of the clerks are not satisfied, we will maintain the strike,” ANAGH wrote in the note. Source
