
Haitian National Police (PNH) General Director Rameau Normil’s father, Ribert Normil, was found dead in his home at Fort-Jacques, a mountain over Port-au-Prince on Thursday night. Normil was 84.
His body was spotted inside a closed water reservoir, but his cane and hat were inside the house. Rameau Normil ruled it a homicide after analyzing the scene.
The 84-year-old’s death is under further investigation. Source
