Michel Présumé, director of Electricity of Haiti (EDH), visited two electrical centers in Carrefour, Port-au-Prince to examine what needs to be repaired.

The two centers have produced only a fraction of the total 75 megawatts expected.

Présumé’s visit was part of Operation Turn it Back On, an initiative he started in August to restore electricity around the country. Continue reading
