President Jovenel Moïse, whose mandate has been shaken by crises of all kinds, has just lost another ally in less than a week. This time it is Gracia Delva, the senator from the Artibonite department. 

At the outset, the parliamentarian said he was disappointed with the poor record of the head of state who, he recalls, had promised to put sun, sky, earth and people together in order to offer a better life to the population Haitian woman in constant search of well-being. 

“Do not be afraid to say it, Jovenel Moïse has not kept any of his campaign promises”, Delva said to Juno7 during an interview. Delva pointed to Moïse’s inability to provide round the clock electricity to Haiti’s 11 million inhabitants. Continue reading.
