President Jovenel Moïse, whose mandate has been shaken by crises of all kinds, has just lost another ally in less than a week. This time it is Gracia Delva, the senator from the Artibonite department.
At the outset, the parliamentarian said he was disappointed with the poor record of the head of state who, he recalls, had promised to put sun, sky, earth and people together in order to offer a better life to the population Haitian woman in constant search of well-being.
