Jovenel Moïse continues his talks with leaders around the Coronavirus pandemic which is hitting the world hard. After the Dominican president and two African presidents, this Wednesday, May 27, the head of state met with Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau. The two leaders discussed the latest developments regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

Moïse, speaking of his cordial interview with the Head of Government of Canada, informed on Twitter that he thanked Justin Trudeau “for his spirit of gratitude to our compatriots, on the front line in the fight against Covid-19. ” 

Trudeau, for his part, recognized the exceptional contribution of Haitians in Canada, especially on the front line of the pandemic as caregivers. Continue reading.
