The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cult, Claude Joseph, asked Organization of American States officials to help the country organize presidential elections before President Jovenel Moise’s term expires in 2022.

Recalling the particular context in which Haiti is called to preside over the permanent council of the OAS, Dr. Claude Joseph invites states to develop synergies in order to protect populations.
