Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi was named the most powerful person in world football by France Football and when asked to name a few outstanding players, he went with a couple of former PSG players but also one superstar who has been linked with a move to the French capital in the past.
“Year after year, Cristiano Ronaldo shows a unique determination, an extraordinary strength of character,” Al-Khelaifi told the publication. “He remains driven by this desire to improve every day and he always pushes his limits. I admire this relentless will, he is a great example for all athletes in the making.”
There’s no doubt that at 35-year-old, Ronaldo shows no signs of slowing down at Juventus FC. The Portugal international is tied to the Turin-based club for another two years but given the financial impact of the coronavirus, they may be open to a transfer if PSG comes calling. Continue reading…
