Sneak a peek at all the high-performance rides in rapper Wyclef’s huge collection, many of which have crazy customizations.
When he was just nine, Wyclef Jean began his pursuit of the American dream as a refugee and since then he has come a long way, selling millions of copies for hit songs, winning Grammy awards, and many still argue that his career climaxed when he wanted to run for the presidency of his country, Haiti.
He’s a great singer, producer, and philanthropist, but what really catches our attention is his love for sweet high-performance cars. The rapper doesn’t just own a couple of high-performing cars, he owns almost sixty high-performing vehicles and he always customizes each and every one to reflect something about his personality.
Getting a full look at his garage isn’t a walk in the park, and many of his fans and supporters want to know what their favorite Fugee stands in the collecting order and what cars he has acquired so far. So here are some of the cars in Wyclef’s garage and even though times haven’t been totally smooth for the singer, we’ve also included two cars he needs to get to set himself further up as a master collector.
14 McLaren F1
The McLaren F1 has always been the crowning car in any serious car enthusiast’s garage. Wyclef Jean has always been known to add a unique flavor to all his cars, this time he added a beautiful white suede interior to his McLaren. It cost him a million-dollars to acquire this unique set of wheels.
13 Pagani Zonda C12
The Pagani Zonda C12 is also another super rare Italian vehicle owned by the rapper. His sweet red Pagani hits the streets with the guaranteed excellence of a carbon fiber body, a powerful V12 engine that hit 60 MPH in seconds. Very few Zonda C12s are made yearly, and customers would need to get in a long waiting list.
12 2003 Hummer
This, my friend, is no ordinary H2. This white darling is one of Jean’s favorites. It comes with a heavily customized interior that boasts incredible sound, sweet upholstery, and lots of gadgets. If you’ve heard of the Hummer with a shark aquarium in the back, then you’ve heard of this pimped-out white Hummer H2 in Wyclef’s garage.
11 Rolls-Royce Phantom
The Phantom might not be a very fast car, but it’s a unique car that any celebrity worth their salt should have in their garage. Wyclef this time added some extra custom fiber optics light to the roof of the Phantom. The rapper spent $400,000 on this black and beautiful ride.
10 Lamborghini Murcielago
Wyclef would certainly make an entrance when he arrives in his Murcielago that boasts a V12 engine able to spout 640 HP. Obviously, this Lamborghini isn’t a car that can be ignored easily. Wyclef’s sweet Murcielago has a refined interior with superior upholstery, great transmission, and an adjustable suspension.
9 1958 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud
The 1958 Silver Cloud is a car that doesn’t really fit with the other cars in Wyclef’s garage. It’s a classic masterpiece and we’d have really loved to see the Haitian rapper roll this ride a little more frequently. Maybe it’d have made the Haitian people accept him as a presidential candidate.
8 Bentley Arnage
Bentley’s Arnage seats comfortably in Jean’s garage. The ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ singer customized his Arnage with an extremely beautiful and handcrafted interior that heightens our desire for this one-of-a-kind vehicle. When it comes to acquiring rides, we don’t doubt that Wyclef knows how to get the right wheels for himself.
7 Jaguar F-Type
The Jaguar F-Type has a powerful V8 engine that pumps out lots of HP. This time, however, Wyclef’s vehicle was completely covered in graffiti, which didn’t do much to enhance the car’s true beauty. On the contrary, it did just the opposite, covering the true beauty of this masterpiece.
6 1954 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz
The Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz is a car that has a special effect on the rapper. Wyclef always puts on a pink suit whenever he gets behind the wheel of this pink classic beauty. But we’re definitely sure the ladies would understand the appeal of wearing a pink suit in the pinked-out interior of a pink car.
5 Ferrari 360 Spider
The Ferrari 360 Spyder is one of the gorgeous Ferraris to grace the rapper’s garage. This Maranello masterpiece packs a superb engine capacity, plus the sound and performance that is synonymous with sports cars in general. Wyclef is a proud owner of this vehicle, so we’re certain that paparazzi can’t keep up with him when he needs to get away from a place.
4 Mercedes-Benz G-Class
His Mercedes Benz G-Class is one of the luxury cars that the rapper owns. Word on the street has it that he bought the car to console himself after he was denied candidacy in the Haitian election. That aside, this car doesn’t lack the Jean touch, seeing that the interior is heavily modified with sounds that’d better suit a studio.
3 Jaguar XJL
The Jaguar XJL is a powerful luxury sedan that embraces the beauty, class, and awesomeness that most celebrities like Wyclef Jean need to always surround themselves with. Wyclef, the musician that we’ve come to love as a car collector, after taking his nicely customized XJF for a short spin, found the car incredible and a manifestation of perfection.
2 Needs: Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG EV
For all his songs about love and fast cars, we truly would love to see the rapper and activist take a stand with environmental protection by using EV’s. We think the beautiful and high-performing Mercedes AMG EV would be the car that suits Wyclef’s style and persona. Plus, adding another Mercedes to a garage doesn’t hurt right?
1 Needs: 2020 Corvette Stingray C8
The Stingray is another car a celebrity like Jean deserves. True, it may not be as expensive as the cars he already has, but with his heavy customization, we’d really love to see what he’d make out of this racy car. Maybe Jean could try some of the auto mechanic skills he picked up from his father.
