The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has canceled Haiti’s annuities for $ 4.8 million for the final months of the current fiscal year. The cancellation does not specifically concern Haiti. Haiti is one of 25 poor countries to benefit from this device, the governor of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH), Jean Baden Dubois, told Le Nouvelliste
