Juventus and Napoli are reportedly in talks with Chelsea left-back Emerson Palmieri’s agent, after learning that the Blues are preparing to replace the defender.
La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolò Schira reports that the Premier League club will be willing to sell the Italy international for an amount between €25m and €30m and claims the player’s representatives have been in touch with both the Bianconeri and the Partenopei from Serie A.
The 25-year-old, born in Santos, Brazil, has struggled to make an impact under Frank Lampard and has only appeared 14 times in the Premier League this season.
Italy CT Roberto Mancini previously encouraged Emerson to return to Italian football. to find first-team football and fight for a place in his Euro 2021 squad next summer.
If the asking price will be met, Chelsea are reportedly looking at Ben Chilwell of Leicester and Alex Telles of FC Porto as ideal replacements for the left-back at Stamford Bridge.
