
The meeting between the 20 Serie A clubs scheduled for today in Rome to discuss a new look schedule incorporating the recently postponed matches might not take place at all according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.
In the past two weeks a total of nine Serie A matches have been postponed meaning there is some catching up to do but it has been far from easy finding a solution, particularly because of the busy schedules some clubs have.
The Lega Serie A are understood to have proposed the idea of playing the games postponed this past weekend this coming weekend and just pushing everything back a week but Inter are strongly against this suggestion. Continue reading
