
In 2013, shortly before Manhattan Federal Judge Shira Scheindlin declared then-Mayor Mike Bloomberg’s stop-and-frisk policy unconstitutional, a taxpayer-funded dossier that portrayed her as anti-police surfaced.
After Scheindlin’s ruling, Bloomberg referred to her as “some woman” who knew “absolutely zero” about policing.
