Following an investigation by the Inspector General, 5 police officers including the coordinator of the unrecognized union, Yanick Joseph, were dismissed by the General Directorate of the Police according to Radio Metropole. Prime Minister Jean Michel Lapin, stated that an investigation was carried out following the attack of a group of police officers against the General Inspectorate on Feb. 7.
