
President Jovenel Moïse canceled his trip to Barbados to participate in the 31st Caricom Intersessional Meeting of Heads of State and Government. Bocchit Edmond, Minister of Foreign Affairs, made the announcement Monday, Feb. 17, and shared that he would replace the president informed Le Nouvelliste. President Moïse canceled the trip due to meetings scheduled as part of the discussions on the political crisis in Haiti.
