Thousands of protestors took to the streets in Fontamara, Martissant and Port-au-Prince against the increasing issue of insecurity and kidnapping in the country. “Too many people are dying! We must put an end to the phenomenon of kidnapping!”, these were among the slogans that were chanted according to Le Nouvelliste. Protesters called on authorities to take more action regarding this matter.
