Port-au-Prince, Sep 20 (Prensa Latina) The political moods in Haiti have not calmed down and a cloud is shading today the country with the reinstatement of three ministers of the previous administration, now minister-delegates.


With the new provisions by the head of government Jean Henry Ceant, Stephanie Auguste and Guy François Junior, who were responsible for the Ministries of Social Affairs and Haitian Residents Abroad, respectively, were appointed ministers of human rights and fight against extreme poverty, as well as citizenship and patriotism.
