Canada to battle Haiti for last spot at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Uruguay 2018

The young Canadians will have to wait until Tuesday to earn a spot at the FIFA Women’s Under-17 World Cup Uruguay 2018 after falling to Mexico 1:2 in the Concacaf Women’s Under-17 Championship semi-final. Haitian American filmmaker Jerry LaMothe’s screenplay The Promise Keeper was one of the three projects selected to receive a grant from the Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation (WJSFF).
