PNH Arrest three soldiers from the new army

Rodini Pierre-Louis, Dave Basquin and Livens Dervil, three soldiers-technicians of the Corps of Military Engineers from the remobilized army were arrested by authorities on the evening of Saturday, March 31, 2018, in Anse-Rouge (department Artibonite).
