Chef Stephan Berrouet Durand hosted the seventh edition of Gout et Saveurs Lakay – Haiti Food & Spirits Festival from Sept. 14 to Sept. 23.
Every year, Haitian and international Chefs as well as professionals of the food and beverage industry gather in Haiti to take part in this unique event to help enrich and share their knowledge with other professionals in Haiti. The aim is that through the utilization of local grown ingredients, Haiti’s gastronomy will be promoted on the international level.
