The Haitian Times will host their annual Kreyolfest, the largest Haitian organized event in the Northeast, on Father’s Day this year at Wingate Park.

Now in its 16th year, the daylong festival has become a longstanding summer tradition in the Haitian community. The festival features local artists, a music showcase with the top bands in the Haitian Music Industry, performers from Africa and the Caribbean, as well as local Haitian food specialties and arts / crafts.

Guests are encouraged to come early to take advantage of free admission from noon to 4:00 p.m.

Carimi, Zenglen, Tabou Combo, Black Parents, Suav, Vwadezil, Neefah, Fasol, Attraction Riddim, are scheduled to perform. In addition, we have several surprises on hand as always. Hosting the show will be comedian Paste Blaze and Dj Fabulous Faby.

Kreyolfest will kick off at Noon and the first band is scheduled to perform at 2 PM. Bands will be given 45 minutes to an hour to perform so the audience can really feel the vibe. We expect a high energy festival from the first to the last band schedule to perform.
Kreyolfest is made possible by the support of Western Union, MetroPlus, Haiti Ministry of Tourism, HaitianBeatz, Diversity Consultant Group, Radio Soleil, Team Rock, , Radio Tele Ginen, Dramcam Productions
