The annual Haitian Labor Day Festival returned to Eisenhower Park this weekend with performances by fan favorites such as Carimi, Nu Look, T-Vice and Klass.

“We worked diligently to ensure a diverse line up of bands to give all the patrons something they could enjoy,” Urbain Richard, who puts together the annual music showcase. “The festival organizers put together a dynamic line up that was sure to heat up the crowd.”

The festival featured the Haitian music industry’s (HMI) leading bands including Cruz-La, DISIP, Karizma, and, the legendary, Tabou Combo. In an effort to bring a unique twist to the festival, the organizers added Phantom to the line-up.
