This year marks Zenglen’s 20th anniversary and the band that brought us “Fidel”, “Ou Te Met Ale”, “Tempo”, “Sexy Love”, and “Child Support” is looking to celebrate all year long. The band is planning a month long celebration special in Haiti next Spring with all former singers to commemorate their two decades of success complete with awards, proclamation, guests and music, of course. Casting dancers, the band determines to do something really daring to celebrate. It was decided to create a commemorative band shirt and a compilation album in order to do something different. Zenglen can celebrate their 20th anniversary knowing they opened the door for other Konpa artists on their way up.
