Indigo 7 is the new Haitian night club coming to North Miami as a local promoter’s plan to offer an alternative to Haitian bands that are having a hard time to find a venue. The club is built on the site of a parking lot of a popular flee market and is expected to fit an audience of 500. The owner, Calvin Cadet of CK Productions, who has been a promoter in South Florida for the past five years, said that Indigo 7 would host local talent nights and community events; programming at the club will include Compas, Zouk, Reggae and Latino bands. One of Indigo 7 priorities will be to help new artists and new bands launching their career in a nice environment Cadet said.
