Lakol is back together again. Tantann made the band’s reunion official at grand party last week in Fort-Lauderdale. He announced the reunion will last this time, and he has gotten very positive feedback from the fans. Lakol has officially not been together since Tantann decided to go solo in 2005. One is that the old musicians pick up where they left off, seeking out their old friends and fans to convince them to join up with them again. But just as often, the old time fans are either not available or have embraced another band. Some of them may be dead, or may have retired, or may have simply disappeared. Or maybe he’s just not interested at all. In this new attempt to make it work, Lakol is convinced that they now have all the tools to top the Haitian music industry.
