Boukman Esperyans and King Posse are determined to rock the 2010 carnival in Port-au-Prince, as they are taking the lead by releasing their carnival songs, warming up the airwaves since Saturday. They signal the beginning of carnival. With “I’ll be there”, King Posse has proved once again they are a major force in well constructed meringues, and their carnival song could draw the younger crowd as usual. Boukman Eksperyans for their part, leans on politics with “Ban madjigridi”, and people will definitely have fun singing and dancing to it. If you’re a Carnival freak, you will enjoy and profit from these two songs.
