Young popular poet Andre Fouad will launch a tour in Haiti next week for his CD “Chimen Souvnim”. Fouad’s first tour is scheduled to take him to Port-au-Prince, Jacmel, and Gonaives. He is scheduled to return to Miami in January before heading to Montreal. “It’s a childhood dream come true”, he said. “Chimen Souvnim” is a compilation make up of 38 Creole poems written by the author for over 20 or so years, and read over music performed by artists such as Dadou Pasket and Jeanie Bogart.
