It’s been a terrible new year for Haiti and Haitian artists. As thousands of people, them, especially women have lost their life. In an honor to the female artists who died in the Haiti earthquake, the Minister of Culture and Information, Marie Laurence Lassegue has written a song entitled “Rel Nou ap Toujou Fe Eko”. A big highlight was the overwhelming response from radio and listeners in the Diaspora. The music and the arrangement were made by Jean Jean Roosevelt with the collaboration of Robenson Auguste, Renette Desir and Nadege Dugravil.
